Second Community Meeting Coming Up Dec. 10

Please join us for the second community meeting for this project from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024, at East Middle School, 1275 Fraser St.

This meeting is open to nearby residents, business owners, those who work in the area, and anyone with an interest in the future of this area.

City staff will provide an update on the following topics:

• Draft recommendations for a new station area plan
• An update on new development projects and planned public improvement projects in the area
• An overview of an urban renewal plan for the area

Parking is available on the south side of the school building or along East 12th Avenue.
