The 2025 Roadway Design and Construction Specification Manual has been published as of October 1, 2024.

The effective date of the 2025 Roadway Manual is January 1, 2025. All projects with initial civil plan submittal after January 1, 2025 will be required to adhere to the 2025 Roadway Manual.


The current effective manual is the 2023 Roadway Design & Construction Specifications manual. The effective date of the manual is February 1, 2023.
