The 2025 Roadway Design and Construction Specification Manual and Traffic Impact Study Guidelines are complete.

The effective date of the 2025 Roadway Manual is January 1, 2025. All projects with initial civil plan submittal after January 1, 2025 will be required to adhere to the 2025 Roadway Manual.
