Written comments must be received no later than one week before the hearing to be included in the Planning and Zoning Commission Packet. Written comments will be accepted until 5 pm on the Tuesday before hearing date to be included as a Blue-Sheet Amendment to the Planning & Zoning Commission Packet. To provide public comments past the deadline, please complete a Speaker Sign-Up Form to provide verbal comment during the hearing.
