If you are unable to attend one of the public hearings but would like to provide feedback to the City Council Charter Review Ad Hoc Policy Committee, please complete this survey by 5 p.m. Thursday, May 25. All responses will be forwarded to the committee members. The topics outlined in the survey are based on proposals put forth before the committee. Please provide comments on any topics you wish, and there is an option for "other" at the end of the survey for any comments on other areas of the City Charter not addressed in the topics.
