2nd Public Hearing

The Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Department will hold a second public hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission to review the master plan for the future park next to Central Recreation Center, (18150 E. Vassar Place). Please note that all Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held virtually. The virtual meeting is scheduled for July 9 at 6:00 PM. To join the meeting, follow the instructions provided at www.AuroraGov.org/PC.

After receiving approval from the Commission, a study session will be scheduled with the City Council to present the master plan. Following that, the City Council will review the plan and provide their input.

We are committed to moving these follow-up meetings forward as quickly as possible after July 9.

El Departamento de Parques, Recreación y Espacios Abiertos llevará a cabo una segunda audiencia pública con la Comisión de Planificación y Zonificación para revisar el plan maestro del futuro parque ubicado junto al Centro de Recreación Central (18150 E. Vassar Place). Todas las reuniones de la Comisión de Planificación y Zonificación se realizan de manera virtual. La reunión virtual está programada para el 9 de julio a las 6:00 PM. Una vez que la Comisión haya aprobado el plan, se programará una sesión de estudio con el Concejo Municipal para presentar el plan maestro. Posteriormente, el Concejo Municipal revisará el plan y brindará sus comentarios.
